Our Club
Rotary Club Warsaw Wilanów was established on 7th of April 1995 as the first international, English speaking Rotary Club in Poland. From it‘s very beginnings it has been set out bringing together active foreigners living in Warsaw. Our founding members were Selwyn Gester, Andrzej Gasiński, and Janusz Krzaczek, Kjell Magnusson and Gunnar Fjällander.
In the past, like today, Rotary club membership represents a cross-section of the community’s business and professional men and women. Our members are businessmen, foreign diplomats and other professionals representing almost a dozen nationalities.
Rotary is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political and non-religious organization, whose members are concerned about global problems. Our success is made possible by the substantial and dedicated support of our members, using their professional skills and talents to help those in need.
Rotary is where neighbors, friends, and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change.
